Can I get that data on someone i kind of know from the internet for free? This is a fun project for me so I don’t want to drain my account for a lookup service. I hope that Free lookup license plate could be available based on the freedom of information act that i’ve read, but somebody once told me that we will have to convince the state department of motor vehicles to allow us to search these records, and also to do it in person. Now this will cease at once if i have to go to ANY government agence let alone the DMV to get thise licence info. Can anyone help?
